The plan/vision that had MSG moving a block east between Broadway and 7th Ave on W 32-34th Street with towers around it was interesting and solved most of the problems.
Move MSG.. allowing for a rebuilt modern Penn Station and keep MSG right in the neighborhood!
Not many other options that would make sense once they walked away from the west side of the Farley Building.
