New rendering of uCity Square below. The tallest may breach 400 feet in this rendering. You can also faintly see TWO planned new towers at 34th and Market, and the two planned developments at 38th and Market:

Those renderings look great! That would be amazing if we could see a couple University City buildings break 400'

I mean, FMC already did (and almost doubled it), but yes, would love to see some uCity buildings hit 400'+ too. Obviously these are all spec renderings of what would be, so we don't know what will actually happen, but I'd love to see a few have a crown of some sort that wasn't a flat box. We don't need a spire for a 400' tower (if we're lucky enough to get that), but maybe it wouldn't be too much to ask to see something with an off kilter top? Would a tamed down Cira Center or FMC esque crown be too much to hope for?

All that said, I'm happy with the current renderings in the University City report, and am really just nitpicking here.
