Towns are a different page.

The percentage change in Houston is intriguing: downtown and western half inside the Beltway booming, but east of I45 is cratering and the middle ring treading water. Since the high growth is largely beyond the city limits now, unless Houston goes annexing and filling in its city limit tentacles, might we see a plateau for 2030?
