The City Branch seems like a good idea but I'd also love to see a subway from Penn's Landing to the Philadelphia via Arch St, the Parkway, and Kelly Dr. Plus it seems like they're building on the City Branch with newer developments (high line park and condos). Building a subway along Arch St and the Parkway would be a better idea since it's inside Center City as opposed to the City Branch, IMHO.
