Looks like this is moving forward. The building is fully gone, and there is a construction trailer on site on the street. Looks like this will move forward pretty quickly after getting permits.

Someone has been storing crane parts at the old brick plant on Lawrence Road, and I saw a grey part getting trucked out this morning. I wonder if it was going here.

Wow, I'm new to learning about construction and all that so it's interesting to see a crane being built. Usually from my point of view they just kind of... appear

This one is going quite quick. I wonder the estimated completion. I wouldn't be surprised if summer 2024 is expected move in.

Was reviewing when this started, and damn this was a good guess. Occupancy June 2024 according to site supervisor.

If the walls for the first floor were poured June 19. That's three floors in four weeks. At this pace this should be topped out by mid-August.
