My father drove quite a long way to two stores in Ottawa yesterday, after having carefully checked the opening hours on the stores' websites.
Yet when he got there, in both cases he was not allowed into the store, as they only allow parking pickup online orders.
Any store respecting its customers should make such situation clear on their own website.
Opening hours are meaningless if they are not actually open.
