This is exactly what I mean"using other people's money". they are only accountable to their investors which in this case is Ontario Pension Fund, not the condo purchasers . Look at smaller regional developers like Bosa, Thind they are far more conscientiousness about customer relationship and efficient fiscal management. I can bet if some local developers own Brentwood Town Center,none of this nonsense/delay would happen. Poor operation and they use city red tape as excuse for delay. Purchasers mean nothing to Shape.
