I never ever thought I would see this in an SSP post because I live literally 5 minutes away from this one town over! The rumor mill goes crazy about who owns it, whether it is John from Papa Johns or Bruce Springsteen or a handful of movie stars.

The front wall also regularly gets hit by cars, at least 5 times in the past few years and the eagle statues that stand on it get smashed and replaced every once in a while

My choice for the ugliest in Houston as well. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Driving by it looks like they built the elevator shaft and then forgot the rest of the building.
