Boston has One Western Avenue, a student residence that seems to follow the hideous trend of mismatched Tetris windows while also looking like a godawful concrete bunker.

For Nashville, although I actually kind of like it for it's unique quirks, most would probably say The United Artists building in Music Row.
It's... different.
