Yes indeed. More generally, for these ultra-expensive residential supertalls, I wonder if the higher units cost more than the lower ones, as they not only get better views but are also quieter since they are farther away from the street. Living so high has a downside though: during a power outage, the residents have a lot more steps to climb! I can't imagine overweight or elderly folks living above the 30th floor.
I live in a two-floor condo complex and I think the condos on the 2nd floor cost slightly more than the ground-level ones.
