Anyone know more information?
This is probably the same thing as the Waterfront site plan that was posted to AULCC on 08/23. I never got around to posting it, but it shows a new south wing office complex and an extended parking garage. It's 77 pages and very slow loading.

Thanks, this is for what I was looking.

The new building is going to be squeezed in between the Azul (apartment building) and the parking garage.
This is leaving them a lot of known empty lot space still, especially all the area south of Elmont (where all the slabs are.) They're really "packing it in" with the new building instead of creating more open space between buildings.

Based on the site plan, the third Oracle office building will be similar to the first two and jut out directly South of the first two buildings. The parking garage in the rendering would be extended South as well.

What a waste of land. Aside from taking up space unnecessarily, they would look cooler standing up... like bear claws.
