I very much like the public access areas on this plan. I do wish they'd find a way to have something other then a flat roof, it looks so boring.

I'm still confused why there are height limits in such a open area. If I remember a big aspect of the gov't planning for this part of the Delaware river front is to limit the size of new development projects so that development is spread over a wider area.

But if this private market developer wants to build 35 floors tall and have 350 units and take all the risks, what do I care. I care much more about the overall design and the details and the public access and having retail on site then how tall the building is. I wouldn't mind seeing this building be another 10 floors taller.
