As someone who lives in 360 and will be a little above this building, it's a bit boring and doesn't conform to the Shoal Creek overlay, so it will block out the sun for our pool for a few hours in the morning, which is pretty lame. I think it's a bit of a pedestrian building compared to Austin Proper, which at least has an interesting facade. Oh well, you can't win them all and at least it isn't tall enough to block my view.

Yeah I have to say this one and the "google tower" next door are totally yawn inducing.

Totally get it.... if your gonna give up a view.... you at least want something cool to look at.... and you're right about this building....
My condolences.... at least you are above it.
