This is the experience at gate 72 on Sunday night. These folks are waiting in in our new terminal for WestJet 133, YYC to Comox. (Unfortunately for them, their wait was even longer due to a 20 minute departure delay.)
The swing gate experience is proving to be exceptionally bad.
