Well people, the rumour of further delays is probably true judging from the conversation I just had with customer don't care. It's the government's fault, we don't know, and maybe, being the only answers they would give.
Surely we've passed the point of reasonable delay by now. They missed the first completion date by a mile, the second one was supposed to be yesterday at the latest, and now they told me they just don't know. Is this typical of Concord or are we just the lucky ones? Is this costing anyone else expenses they hadn't expected?
