Hall gone. Does anyone know if the official groundbreaking happened as planned on 09/22? Developers of office projects don't seem to alert local media outlets about groundbreakings like residential project developers.

Things will be great when you're downtown.

According to Cielo's Facebook page the 09/22 "Demo Party" went off as scheduled. I don't know if that was their official groundbreaking or not. But that substantial slab that the AMH was built on will have to be dealt with before any ground can truly be broken. Here's a pano from their Facebook page:

There will be a 20' alley between Shoal and Proper, then an 80' gap between Proper and Block 185. Otherwise we're looking at a lot of new buildings. This area should be one of the densest downtown by the time it's all complete.
