That's pretty awesome, from the little bit that I read in the article. I understand the traffic impacts, but we're still thinking through the lens of cars...we've talked that to death, but there are other alternatives that Gallo is seemingly assuming will never happen. I love the rendering of the density across the river from downtown. Of course, it's an artist's rendering and nothing more than that, but it still gives a lot of hope to me that so much of the council was in favor of it.
