The larger tower looks to be 40 floors or close too it. The development really doesn't have precise specifications to be honest. I tried checking the official website for the project but theres not a lot of information. Probably more precise specs will arise as this moves forward. I'll try to see if I could find permits for it maybe.
I did find this pdf though with some information on the project, but no height or floor data.
