Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of the look, but it brings density, it's a tax generator, and it's hella better than what was there before. I'd take three of those over the strip mall/parking lot/smoke shop/Subway (I really super hate Subway lately) that was there before.
I do wish there was some sort of ground level retail, or some way to engage State Street instead of just a big empty wall, which is what I think it is now.
