We plan to begin the demolition during the first half of 2014. The demolition will take between 6 months and 1 year, then the foundation will be dug. It will take about 1 year because it’s depth is 70 meters.
Says the always optimistic Hermitage CEO on his blog. 2015, or 2016 at worst, I assume.
Notice the 230 ft depth of the foundation, probably due to the river and a wet soil.
