The Castilian is only 205 feet. The Quarters Garage, the large parking garage to the left of the tower across the street in the rendering, that garage is 135 feet tall. So this tower would be at least 330 to 350 feet. Too bad it's only a concept.
That's a really low cap. I'd prefer a 350 foot cap for that area.
