the Oct 1 emerging projects poster says that Shoal Creek Walk is set to start construction in 2013.
This poster is also the first mention I've seen of North Shore Lofts. I don't know how I missed that news, but I really hope that's built because it would partially hide the Holiday Inn. Say what you will about the Hilton, the Holiday Inn is in the running for Austin's ugliest high rise. The Hilton is bigger and the Holiday Inn is farther to the south, but the Holiday Inn is the first high rise building people see coming into Austin from the south and that's really unfortunate.
Case in point. I wish they'd tear it down. But, at the very least, North Shore Lofts being built would be a huge improvement.
