Yeah, that's actually the 54th floor. I sort of forgot about that. I just checked the elevations, and the 56th floor is at 634 feet 11 inches. The 55th floor is actually level with the main roof at 621 feet 11 inches.
So I guess technically we should be saying the top floor is 635 feet. There's also two mechanical levels at the 57th and 58th levels. The 58th level is at 669 feet 11 inches, but it's off limits to everyone except building maintenance. It's inside that crescent slope in the crown at the very top.
