That would be a great location for a supertall hotel/condo tower but the Statesmen article say the project will be "tentatively called Waller Center — on 3 acres near East Cesar Chavez and Red River streets,
along the banks of Waller Creek."
I think they might be referring to the old location of the proposed 21c hotel and condo project. Anybody read the whole article?
