MB. lotteries will be staffing the new "mini" casino. Tavern United will be decreasing their
number of vlt's once it opens.

Yes I think Heritage would look something like that if it is not changed again. And yes I know the other condo down the street is kinda hard to get to scale due to how far down it is.

What is the one you have behind the FGP? Is that what we HOPE is the convention center hotel complex?

And which if you even put it in, is what you believe is our next tallest that seems to still be on the table?

I am guessing also that is the ALT on Portage? You should put in the Glass House also just to see what our skyline should look like.

I hope we get more to fill in all the voids though. Even if they are 15-20 story ones.

Density is density, and any density is good density, especially if it density that replaces zero-density known as surface parking lots.

Can anyone on here do a current crane count in our city?(with area and project name) Im sure we're getting close to a record high since Winnipeg was the Chicago of the north. Calgary has 37 right now (from what I read on their thread)

drove by there the other day, it's nothing worth picture taking. Pretty sad actually. Just another box looking, beige stucco, some front glass building. Must be a Shindico project.....

I think we are currently at 4;

HSC Womens - 2
HSC DI Building - 1
Misericordia - 1

I am only considering Tower Cranes in this count.

There should be another at Heritage Landing sometime this summer and another early next year for the Alt Hotel. I am not sure if the CentrePoint Parkade will get one or two but i can check.

Yeah, I just drove by that the other night... its looking good, but obivously not ready for Dec 2012. Things are always delayed here it seems.

That one retail unit on the ground floor is screaming 'starbucks' but after the "attention" subway got from locals, It might not fit the neighbourhood... wonder if that space is leased yet?

Cool shot 1ajs, been a while since we've seen one of these...seems to spruce up the skyline a bit

other than dCondos, Hertiage, and ALT & Glasstower, I can't make out what the other ones are supposed to be...have they been confirmed?
