New Ikea at Pinecrest Mall

As Kitchissippi illustrated I also believe that a pedestrian bridge/vehicle bridge would work great there. Especially a transit station to serve that area of both the Iris subdivisions and the ones in the Pinewood area (area north of Queensview). Sure the transit station could be right across from Pinecrest Mall... but I doubt many people are going to bus to IKEA and take their Billy bookcases home with them on the bus! But overall...good idea!
