The photo at the west end is going to be the Valley Road connector and will cut across the edge of the landfill. 11th and Circle is going deeper and deeper as they work on the underpasses below the railway crossings. It's amazing to see how much dirt gets piled up and then moved to another part of the project. An ariel photo of this area would be great to see and then we would have a better idea of the scope of the work done.
