I think it may turn out to be good news, but... what exactly has Farhi done in the past that's brought any benefit to us? Were we not all skeptical of his intentions just a few months ago? Also, why is part of this $500 million not being put towards an LRT network and/or a VMP that'll be finished before 2073?
