Hey guys, just a heads up that I'm working on a model too. It's one I started a few years back and never finished it. It's 825', mixed-use, and called "Suroeste" (which is Spanish for "Southwest"). Coming soon to a forum near you!

This would look awesome on the S.A. skyline. Nice job!

Hey, how do you get the Sketch Up model directly on the exact location you want your building to be on Google Earth?
Everytime I click "send to Google Earth" and it places the building some place close to Denver everytime?
You have to have Google Earth open and zoomed in to the location you want the building to be. Then, with GE open and on that location, in Sketchup you click the "get current view" button, and then you can place the building wherever you want it to be on the GE screenshot inside Sketchup. Then after that you can place the model in GE and it'll be where you want it.

Nice design. Two of the side look like they can use some windows though. Maybe make it all glass. Keep up the good work guys.
Yeah I was gonna put the glass w/ balconies on the two blank sides but I couldn't ever get sketchup to align the window textures right so I just left them blank

Beautiful Building!!! How about installing solar panels all the way down the windowless walls? That might be cool. Or maybe some kind of LED art intallation.
Cool, but you have all those rock walls on the ground floor. Put some stores in all the space so people have somewhere to shop and eat. Put a nice restaurant and a diner in there. People eating dinner can look out the window at passersby. Make it a building for humans.

Exactly, maybe some rock columns? Also, maybe something to to break up the simplicity of exterior wall of the offices that are facing inward, a geometric design carved or placed on it would look great as well.
