I think that's Jun Kaneko. Though none of the descriptions I have really describe that specific piece. Hmm.

Crystals opens next week on the third. I bet it is going to have lots of empty space when it first opens. There is supposed to be an Apple store opening in there but they haven't even started putting it together yet.

I'm not really a fan of the dark tones in the Aria suites.

One of the photos in the USA Today article, that view from Aria onto CityCenter, is amazing.

Methinks they're going to be rushing to get the rest of those Veer LED lights on in time for the opening.

Are the buildings between the citycenter and the Bellagio apart of the city center? I cant get info on them on the city center website, but they look to be a similar design as the rest of the city center?

No, that is the Cosmopolitan. It is owned by Duetche bank and right now we can't decide on what the hell is going on with it.

The casino layout looks great - clear pathways that lead directly to the back of the property to either the Guest Elevators or the Promenade. Also, nearly all restaurants around the edge of the property for natural light and patio seating is excellent.

My favorite has to be the seclusion of the Sky Suites. The section is genius. Private entrance to Sky Suite elevators with Baccarat, high-end retail and Asian restaurants all in one semi-private corner for the whales.

Another thoughtful design is Haze, which is close to the North Valet entrance and underground to keep the lines, crowd and noise away from practically everything else.

Also, you can get to anything without having to step one foot in the casino.

After about two looks at this map I already know my way around. Great design.

The fountain actually did some cool stuff, but what I got was pretty much the 'title screen' of the show it put on. From what I saw it reflects light all over the complex, but mostly Aria.

More photos to come. CANNOT WAIT TO SEE WHAT'S INSIDE.

My photos from today. You guys are just going to have to go the photostream route because I cannot be bothered to go through and link them. Post them as you like on here, obviously.

Man, that place is huge. I got tired walking around it.
