Yea, there are surprisingly quite a lot of people using the system during the weekend.

But the trains were a lot bigger than I thought, having almost a monorail-feel.

Unfortunately, the whole system feels like a monorail/people-mover to me instead of a real metro.

Maybe having a station @ 57th Ave won't be so bad. A station is definitely needed @ 33rd Ave.
|
I'd rather not, to keep travel times fast and competitive with the car. We wouldn't want it increased to more than 25-mins.
And the segment between 49th Avenue and Marine Drive is the fastest segment along the entire line. The train zooms down this part. Having a station at 57th would slow down the line by quite a bit.

Doors closed way too fast. I got separated from my friends @ Aberdeen because a stupid girl was blocking the doors with her bike.

Agreed.

Nothing wrong with the TMVs thank God.

I believe the only problem they had with the TVM's were the card payment, nothing else. You used cash?

Need more entrances at underground stations.
I LOVE THE CANADA LINE!!!

City Centre Station could use another entrance on the south end, a Robson Street entrance.
Yaletown would ideally have a second entrance too.
A second entrance for Broadway at Crossroads would also act as a new entrance for the underground Millennium Line extension.
And there are provisions for a second entrance to Oakridge on the northwest corner of the intersection (and the mall too?)....hopefully that gets built eventually.
