Thank you. As far as an introduction go, I am a professional planner by education and trade and work extensively in the downtown area. Due to the sensitive nature of what I do, I will not disclose who I work for, but some will probably figure it out soon enough.

I have followed this site for some time now, but just recetnly got around to register. I do not necessarily think that bigger is always better and have mixed feelings on the SLC skyline getting taller. Fuller, yes, taller, maybe. My perspective is geared more towards the pedestrian and the sustainability of structures, so I place a high premium on adaptive reuse projects. This website provides a lot if insightful information and opinions on wide array of projects, and it is the most used for local developments.
