The bold white squares kinda have a throwback feel yet modern... welcome relief from 100% glazing.

I'm unimpressed by Art Shack....it's overbearing and doesn't give much up for a design. The street level is probably the worst part about it, Yonge Street shouldn't just have a wall of glass.

Toronto, like every other city, gets it's share of humdrum projects. But lately some of the proposals have been particularly nice, including CIBC Square.
