I’m amazed that that theatre has lasted so long.

I’d like to see the Third Avenue side of Bloomingdale’s get redeveloped. I can’t imagine that the store needs the whole block, but even if it did, it could occupy the first few floors of a new condo tower.

My thoughts are that any time a theater closes it should be considered a bad thing has happened.

I’d agree if it were a nice theater, but that one isn’t. I wouldn’t even see Rochelle, Rochelle there.

It didn't have the Dolby necessary to handle Death Blow. Only the Paragon could do that.
