This is exciting! Very Miami like. Seem something new and tall, especially in a area like this.

It's wild the differences between north Delaware Ave. and South Delaware Ave.

It's absolutely booming on N. Delaware Ave.

Maybe this will be the catalyst.

I don't think they'd secure a construction loan if they didn't have intent.

I'm guessing by now the only thing to derail this would be some major new economic headwinds, ie: the excuse Durst gave for giving up after already starting on a foundation.
