Yeah, it's ready to build on. They've had various proposals, but the "final" site plan was selected, and includes building heights. However, that was all before City of Yes. They should be entitled to more today, but we'll see how that works out. Any changes I'm sure will draw the wrath of NIMBYs, who would rather continue enjoying the view of the empty lot.
