This one was announced in 7/2016, and has faced strenuous opposition from neighbours. It will likely be demonstrably revised. Very basic render thus far.

100 Simcoe is a 59-storey mixed-use tower proposed for 100 Simcoe Street in Downtown Toronto by property owned Sun Life. Currently covered by a 5 storey office building and 6 storey parking garage, the new Diamond Schmitt Architects-designed tower would contain offices and residences.

Updated proposal... now 238 metres, 67 floors. No new renders yet. Here it is with the old design stretched taller. The new building envelope appears to be similar to the old design.
