Tulip Developments Group has received city approval for its 47-story residential tower planned in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The project, located at 3350 Biscayne Boulevard and 234-264 NE 34th Street, will bring 499 rental units to the market, including a significant workforce housing component under Florida’s Live Local Act.

This is a new proposal from Kobi Karp Architects that will ensure that Miami's downtown expands all the way to 36th St. Of the 499 residences proposed in this new project, about 40% of the housing will be a part of the Live Local Act, meaning that those 40% of housing will be workforce house, or in layman's terms, affordable. Another great project I believe will get built!
