Not to throw water on a fire, but if you look at Google Earth, imagery for this area has been updated for June and it looks pretty dead....... I think it's safe to say 1010 S. Wells is on hold unless someone has other intel.

I was on Google Earth late yesterday, and the 400 N LSD site still shows the original Spire hole in the ground, so I don’t think it’s updated that recently. Perhaps it’s inconsistent in parts of the city, but even the Obama center shows it as it was much earlier this year.

My version has June, 2025....... Anyways - Here's the overview of the site - Basically zero activity occurring.
