What a waste of a second phase

NYC - 20 Supertalls (including UC)
NYC - Future 2035 supertalls - 45 + not including anything that gets newly proposed between now and then (which will likely put it over 50)

The green space is what makes it for me. It'll feel like an even bigger transformation than phase 1 IMO.

Will we get redesigned towers? What will the casino be replaced with? Class A office makes too much sense so the local CB will probably force Related to add 10,000 new housing units at market rate instead (starting at $4.5m for a studio).

Everything that was approved is stated above. Everything is different except for Tower A.

We are getting 6 great towers, 4 of which are supertalls.

And, in the grand scheme of NYC, it's a drop in the bucket.
