Do you recall, or could you tell if the below grade work was complete? Unlike most projects, they still had a lot of below grade work to complete a few months ago while construction was advancing above grade.

Good point. I didn't get a close enough view to tell. I had somehow forgotten about Baydo's unorthodox methods!
