They had a Subway (and a Starbucks) and they both pulled out. I'm wondering if they are just asking to much per sq ft or poor management? Something had to drive these tenants out. It couldn't have been the lack of clientele. Even now as empty as everything is, it's always bustling with students whenever I am down there.
