Seems like the Mayfair at Liberty apartment project as part of the Merschel Park/Liberty Plaza is dead as the development site is now listed for sale on the Cushman & Wakefield website as of 6/22/23:

Hopefully soon we can get another new building to fill that vacant lot downtown. Has anybody heard anything about this project recently?
