I have no clue which one is more accurate or how their methodology differs, so I can't really comment on them too much, I can only report what they're saying.

I'm not sure about this one. Draper has seen a slight decrease since 2020 according to the estimates, but this is consistent with Riverton and Sandy as well. Only Herriman, Bluffdale, South Jordan, and Salt Lake City saw significant increases in population in Salt Lake County since 2020 according to the Census Bureau.
