the interesting part of that article for me is the 50million figure towards FOC. Hmmm didnt recently Jasper say at least 100, maybe 200m towards FOC.
50 million will basically be a coat of paint. For comparison, the 5000 seat OLG hall in Niagara cost 130 million in pre covid dollars.
The kool aid drinkers will say but look at how much they are saving the taxpayer. Truth is HUPEG is not a charity doing it for the money.
