It's easy to make a rendering. It's more to actually build. I'd rather have someone do it who can do both. And while the design is attractive, it's certainly not ugly, it also isn't exactly exciting and I wasn't sure it was supertall quality design. People are using the word stumpy, but that thing looked like a yard stick at the original height.
