At Arbutus it was a VAHA development on behalf of BC Housing, so effectively a Provincial non-market project, and Council had approved it. What the Province is doing there is effectively legislating that decision, and telling the objectors to stop using the courts to try to get the decision overturned. Here, there's no social housing being delayed, and no Council decision to support.

I was more saying if it went the same way post-approval, with attempts to block it via the courts.
