I popped into the residential lobby yesterday. I didn't realize that it was already open and leasing up. Beautifully done ... strong addition for the city. The pool is a killer. Website has good imagery. Chatting folks up a bit, it sounds like they are leasing up well, including retail and commercial. We'll see,

The west end and pearl definitely had a feel of renewal and energy in yesterday's sun. Sidewalks full of people, shopping, eating, all this construction at the final stages, shake shack about to open, Toro on 13th, the plywood boards finally off the windows at Keen, etc. Hope springs eternal.
