Nice update on the Borden East redevelopment of the old milk factory on the river. I'm excited to see 1400 units come online here, and over 100k sqft. of retail space is exceptional for the area! Although CC forced come compromises this project still seems pretty fantastic, and it's exciting to see even more come online along Airport (ish.)
