I have. Rarely do I have "small change" but there are a few people I've seen regularly to whom I've given a couple of bucks. One I recall is a woman with clearly visible health issues. Another guy just seemed to want to talk. Another is a man with physical limitations who sits outside an LCBO and is very polite and gracious... last time I saw him bad weather was predicted, and I asked him if he had some place to go (he said he did, but I was doubtful). I prefer to donate to agencies and associations, but if I have some means in-pocket to give that I won't miss, I try to help when I can.
